Heal Me, Lord

Then he touched their eyes and said, “Let it be done for you according to your faith.” – Mt 9:29

What faith these two blind men had. They knew Jesus would heal them, they believed, and they were healed.

I am not sure I have that kind of faith. I believe Jesus can heal, but I do not often ask for that healing. Why not? Do I think I am not worthy? Do I think Jesus has better things to do than worry about me?

Right now I am in great need of healing. It is time for me to dig deep for that faith and ask Jesus.

Do you ask Jesus for healing when you need it? Do you have faith that he will heal you? Why or why not?

Jesus, please help me to trust in your Love and your desire to answer my prayers. Please heal me, Lord.

  1. yes I pray all the time. God always answers but sometimes the answer is like St. Paul’s thorn in the flesh. If you can’t be honest to God about how you feel, who can you be honest with? Sometimes I tell God that I am angry with him. No Lightening bolts yet!! Prayers for you in this time of affliction
