What signs has Jesus given me in my life?
Lord, I know you are always putting signs in front of me to help me find my way to you. Help me to have a better understanding of these signs. Improve my sight so that I do not miss any of these signs. Help me to better follow you.

Do I fully understand the Eucharist?
Lord, how can I really understand the most wonderful gift you left us. Help me to have a deeper understanding of the Eucharist. Help me to increase my love of the Eucharist – for without the Eucharist I would spiritually starve to death.

What do I need Jesus’ help to see more clearly?
Lord, there is so much I do not completely see within your message. Help me to see more clearly that which you want me to see. Remove the blinders from my eyes so that I may better see what you are saying to me.

Who do I believe Jesus is? Do I fully understand why he was sent into our world? Do I still hunger for more about his identity?
Jesus, help me to understand all that I should know about who you are. Grant me the grace to seek knowledge of you and to understand that knowledge as it affects our world today.

Genesis 11:1-9; Mark 8:34– 9:1
He summoned the crowd with his disciples and said to them, “Whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me. – Mk 8:34
Do I willingly carry my cross, or do I constantly complain? How do my sins add to the weight of my cross?
Lord, help me to carry my cross. Lighten my burden. Grant me the grace to accept my cross without complaining, realizing the weight I feel most is the weight of my own sins.
