Belonging to Jesus

He said to them, “You belong to what is below, I belong to what is above. You belong to this world, but I do not belong to this world.” – John 8:23

If we are only concerned about this world, this life, then are we not preparing for the life to come? Are we not concerned about eternal life and what world we want to belong to?

So the question is, how do we prepare for the life above?

How do we belong to Jesus, not the world?
