Bring Them To Me

Then he said, “Bring them here to me.” – Matthew 14:18

Bring them here to me.

Do you ever look back to the time when you were brought to Jesus? Was it a person or an event or a church? Or a combination of them all? Reflect on that time. Or times.

Bring them here to me.

And is this not a request from Jesus to us as well? Are we not to bring others to Jesus who do not know Him or who need Him?

Is there a friend or a co-worker or a family member who needs to know Jesus? Have you told this person about Jesus and your relationship with Him? Have you revealed your feelings about your faith and about this Person, Jesus?

Bring them here to me.

Or maybe you are witnessing to your faith and to Jesus through the example of the life you are living.

Bring them here to me.

Dear Jesus, help me to witness to my faith in you. Help me to express my love for you to others who need to hear my story. And thank you for those people in my life who brought me to You. Amen.
