“What is your opinion? If a man has a hundred sheep and one of them goes astray, will he not leave the ninety-nine in the hills and go in search of the stray?” – Mt 18:12
I think it is pretty awesome that Jesus will search out the one who is lost. He will go in search of the lost sheep. If I get lost, will He look for me? How does that knowledge make me feel? How will He bring me home?
Every single one of us is loved and cherished by God. Even when we go astray. Even when we feel lost.
Remember the Prodigal Son. His father welcomed him home and threw him a party!
I think of that when I go to confession. God is welcoming me home. And I can rejoice and celebrate. For I am forgiven.
I am home again.

Thanks Coleen your E- Mail came at a perfect tine. It was almost like the Lord was speaking through you. I have been struggling with going to Confession. I need the Grace from the Lord to do this and that is what I am praying for. Peace be with you always. Barbara C.
